Points to frame before the first workshop
- Product and category concerned, with current status (idea, pilot, industrialized).
- Visible process constraints: yield, flow, bottlenecks, stability or cost.
- Regulatory and audit requirements already identified (customers, markets, standards).
- Available data: recipes, controls, non-conformities, line history.
- Teams involved and capacity to drive change over 30 to 90 days.
- Expected outcome of the first diagnostic: decision, roadmap or on-site intervention.
This sheet does not replace an on-site diagnostic. It accelerates framing and reduces back-and-forth.
